combinations of our Unique Proprietary Custom Gourmet Blends which are created by our Gourmet Mixologist Charles that keeps us Head and Shoulders above every one else.

Everything is produced and packaged at our Certified Commercial Kitchen on the Central Coast of California. Champagne, Vodka or Rum pairs best.

Add 1 bottle of your favorite sparkling wine and equal an amount of water stir and freeze for 4 to 6 hours.

Preferred way is to add 5 to 6 cups ice and a bottle of sparkling wine to a blender mix and serve. For parties you won't have to wait 4 to 6 hours !!!

If you prefer a hard liquor like Vodka, Rum, Tequila etc. use 6 to 12 oz. instead of wine.

Each 5oz. package of powdered mix will make approximately 10 to 12 servings.
